As part of a group of seven, he oversees the
marketing for a revolving inventory of more than 100 listings.

program to provide top of the mind awareness to prospects and brokers.
These specialized programs can considerably reduce the time a property
spends on the market.
Bill maintains an annual average of $55 million
in transaction volume and is typically the exclusive listing agent
for approximately one million square feet of office, industrial,
warehouse and commercial space, as well as 150-200 acres of land.
Bill was the NAI CIR salesperson of the year
