A Holiday Message to Our Customers and Clients
by
Bill Gladstone, CCIM, SIOR
We are thankful for what we have accomplished this year. Once again it’s the Holiday Season, not a time to diminish the level of service that we provide to our customers and clients nor a time to slow down the pace. However, it’s important for us as a group (as it’s important for you) to stop and reflect not only on the good things that have happened, but also on everything else that has happened in the past year (some things perhaps not so good). We need to examine why and be thankful for everything that has worked well. If it did not turn out as well as we anticipated, we should take the time to understand why.
Our group realizes this and we know that our clients and customers are very important to us. We are thankful that all of you have elected to do at least some of your business with us. We appreciate the opportunity you have given us to use our time to create moments of success for you and your company. In doing so, we have had our best year ever in real estate, and we owe it to you and your trust and confidence in our abilities. I believe we have a value-added package of services that meets or exceeds any other level of service that a broker can provide for you in this market. But regardless of how good we may think we are, it is you, our customer and our client that allows us to perform and we have never forgotten this concept as you allow us to continue servicing your real estate ventures.
The Holiday Season is not just business time; it’s personal time too. A time to reflect on what each of us has been allowed to achieve as part of a much bigger picture that is taking place each day we are alive. It doesn’t hurt to stop and reflect on what that is and how we might fit better into that bigger picture. Those moments of reflection could be about self, community, or business. However you choose to think of it, this is a great time of year to be reflective and thankful for what has happened and what you anticipate is in the future.
For our group, it is truly a time of reflection and thankfulness as we finish this year and do our strategic planning for next year, in our best efforts to meet your expectations for 2004.
Best wishes for a pleasant holiday season!
