Web Based Marketing

About 5 to 6 years ago the Bill Gladstone group realized there was a niche that needed to be filled in the “Greater Harrisburg Area” real estate market. We clearly saw there was a lack of marketing on the part of Brokers representing Landlords. We decided to explore that avenue and the mediums associated with it. If we wanted to fill this void, it was imperative that we chose the right medium.  

One of the best mediums we found was the Internet. It’s fast, efficient, very private, extremely convenient (which is very important in today’s environment) and approximately 250,000,000 people are using it in a 24- hour period. We started our web-based marketing program.  

Our site, which attracts approximately 1,000 viewers per week, is not only a listing site (for our exclusively listed properties) but is also a marketing and selling/leasing site. We designed it to give the viewer a lot of relevant information. We educate the people visiting our site about the Harrisburg market and its current conditions in addition to offering a wide variety of services, from consulting to listing and selling/leasing. We have used this site to enhance what we do conventionally and establish our credibility very quickly.  

We are very pleased with the progress of our site. It has generated 2 large deals: Anderson Windows for 60,000 SF in Hagerstown, Maryland, and 84 Lumber for an 11 AC purchase in Greater Harrisburg.
