Three-Property FleetPride Portfolio Sells for Nearly $14.6 Million
Harrisburg, PA — A three-property commercial real estate portfolio leased to FleetPride has been sold for nearly $14.6 million. The portfolio includes properties at 7800 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg; 1200 Newville Road, Carlisle; and 2150 Queen Street, York.
The properties were acquired by TTC 7800 Linglestown, LLC, TTC 1200 Newville, LLC, and TTC 2150 Queen, LLC, entities affiliated with Rosemont, Illinois-based Industrial Outdoor Ventures, expanding the firm’s holdings in Central Pennsylvania. Industrial Outdoor Ventures currently identifies all three locations as part of its portfolio.
The properties are occupied by FleetPride, a national distributor and service provider for the heavy-duty trucking industry. The portfolio was sold by HRC Holding, LP, and the transaction was completed on June 25, 2026.
The transaction was facilitated by The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR.
This investment reflects continued institutional interest in well-located industrial and automotive-service properties throughout Central Pennsylvania.
