New Cumberland, PA — Lamont Group LLC has purchased a 4,090± square-foot mixed-use investment property located at 100 Old York Road, New Cumberland, PA 17070 from the Robert E. Myers Family Trust. The transaction was completed on October 16, 2025.
The acquisition reflects continued investor interest in well-located mixed-use properties within the New Cumberland market.
