Harrisburg, PA — 7501 Derry Property LLC has purchased a 68,500± square-foot industrial building located at 7501 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111 from Mold Base Industries, Inc. The transaction was completed on June 18, 2025.
The Buyer acquired the property for owner-occupancy, positioning the facility to support its operational needs in the Harrisburg industrial market.
